Specification & Engineering
We clarify requirements and translate them into a robust specification: protection, handling, transport volume, print image, process requirements and cost-effectiveness.

Samples, testing & sign-off before series production
Before series production begins, we create samples and carry out sign-off in a structured way. This reduces risk, avoids later rework and ensures repeatability for follow-up orders.

Tools and printing components are part of the series set-up. We organise supply readiness for cutting dies, printing plates, adhesives and inks – coordinated with the specification and process. Not every component is produced in-house: here we work with established partners.

Printing & Finishing
Depending on the artwork, run length and requirements, we use flexo, offset or digital printing. Up to 6 colours plus varnish as well as printing on the outside and inside surface are possible – e.g. for unboxing, notices or QR codes.
Co-packing & value-added services (VAS)
When your process needs more than standard shipping: assembly, set building, inserts, labelling and repacking – with clear procedures and scheduling.
Typical applications: promotional goods and campaigns · retail preparation and sets · shipping preparation to specification.
Supply & delivery reliability
Supply readiness is created through planning. We secure quantity availability within the framework of the agreed planning – including defined units, delivery windows and dedicated contacts.
Transport network (Europe)
Delivery via our own fleet (8 trucks, expansion ongoing) plus Europe-wide hauliers as a capacity buffer. This allows peak loads, special trips and additional regions to be covered reliably.
