Clearly explained, cleanly implemented.
With corrugated board, it is not about buzzwords but about material logic, energy, recyclability and transparent decisions. We show what we do – and why it has an impact in practice.

Corrugated board as a circular material
Corrugated board is fundamentally a recyclable material when construction and material mix are taken into account. We view sustainability not only as a raw material issue, but as a design and process question.
Focus areas: material selection matched to the application (protection rather than overpackaging) · construction that is easy to separate and dispose of · process capability (less rework, less waste).

Design for Recycling
Recyclability does not happen automatically. The decisive factors are construction, printing, adhesives and combinations with other materials. We explain transparently which decisions have which effects.
Practical examples: inner packaging made of corrugated board instead of a material mix · fixing/edge protection as a system – fewer additional auxiliary materials · format and volume optimisation.

FSC® – more responsible material options
Where sensible and requested by the customer, we offer FSC® options. FSC® labelling and documentation are carried out according to specification. We will add the licence number and scope.

Energy: photovoltaics & expansion
We rely on self-generated electricity through photovoltaics and continue to expand our capacities. The goal is to reduce energy consumption and generate a growing share ourselves – traceable and measurable.
Key figures and progress are made documentable on a project and site basis. Energy use is optimised where it has the greatest leverage in the process.

Waste, efficiency & process stability
Sustainability also arises from stable processes: less waste, less rework, fewer complaints. We set up projects so that specification, sampling/approval and series implementation run reproducibly.

Supply chain & partnerships
Sustainability does not end at the factory gate. Throughout the supply chain, we focus on reliable partners and transparent agreements. Where possible, we prefer short routes and stable supply.

Honest instead of greenwashing
We do not promise anything we cannot prove. Instead of blanket claims, we document measures and explain the logic behind them – so that sustainability decisions remain traceable.
Frequently asked questions
That depends on the product, transport route, packing process and target market. We clarify requirements in the specification and recommend suitable options.
Yes, FSC® options are possible. We will add the licence number and scope.
Yes. We explain clearly how construction, adhesive, printing and material mix influence recycling – and which alternative works in everyday use.
